So I Sew

I've tried multiple times in the past to be a sewer. I love the idea of it, but I've never been too successful with it. My friend Amy designs patterns and fabric and has her own online shop (peekaboopatternshop.com) and told me to give it another go. I went to her warehouse and picked out fabric and made the kids pajamas. I have to say, I LOVED it. It was so rewarding. I got fabric to make them Christmas jammies too, and I'm almost done! Amy frequently comes out with new patterns and has a test group test them out before they go up for sale. She has a couple people do each size of the pattern. I am a SUPER novice sewer, but she let me test out a hooded romper pattern! This was definitely the hardest thing I've ever sewn (and I made some mistakes I didn't know how to fix!) but ultimately I LOVED it. I can't believe I made this. Carly took some pics for me really quick and I have to say, my daughter is gorgeous!
