May 21 - Happy Birthday Dylan!

Dylan's birthday almost passed us by without note! He got his birthday present (a range finder) a while ago and we have been SO INCREDIBLY BUSY with a new adventure (more on this in a couple weeks!) and we were so run down. BUT, we did go to his parent's house for a steak dinner. I made apple crisp for that and a cheesecake for us to have at home (since half his family is allergic to dairy) I'd never made cheesecake from scratch before, and while it was a long process was easier than I anticipated! Anyway we gained like a million pounds because we just ate cheesecake for like 4 days. Happy Birthday Dylan!
