April

found the recycle in the office....

 April was really busy, but really fun! Dylan and I went to Utah for a good friend's wedding (I'm ashamed I took like 2 pictures, and we saw friends we hadn't seen in years!) Aunt Natalie decided to hitch a ride. Convienently one of her friends was getting married the same weekend! We were going to drive Glenda's escape (a little more room!) but decided we needed to upgrade our car and vans are way cheaper in Utah. So, Dylan, Me, Natalie, Hendrix, and all of our luggage for the weekend packed into our Corolla and hit the road!

Stopping for lunch on the road

Hung out with Jude! We spent a couple night's at Caitlin Gonzalez's. It was so fun to catch
up and spend some time with Jude. Last time I saw him he was itty bitty!

Got to see the new Provo Temple! We lived here when it burned down
and it was really special to see the changes and improvements.

We did it! We got a mini van. I was definitely less than enthusiastic at first but
now I absolutely love it. I'm so glad Dylan talked me into it. Here he is watching Pirates of the Caribbean
on one of the THREE dvd players on our way home.

Stella and Olive got mustaches. Hendrix was not amused.

Birthday card from Grandma and Grandpa!

For his birthday Hendrix got (from us) swimming lessons, a mini van, and a hair cut!

Grandma and Grandpa came to visit! Hendrix slept on Grandma A LOT!

Out for a hike!

The day Grandma and Grandpa left Hendrix had a crazy high fever. It turned
into a cold which turned into ANOTHER ear infection.

Hendrix HATES the bath. I have no idea why. He loves swimming, he loves the shower,
he loves playing in water, I don't get it. We threw him in the tub with Troy to see if it would
help and after a little bit he was okay with it!

 

Dylan was home working on homework so I went to Jess and Terrah's by myself. We were
sending him pictures of Hendrix and Troy in the tub, then this, Cookie Pie and Stone Age.
About 7 minutes after this picture Dylan comes barging in the house, totally out of breath,
and says "How DARE you!!" haha he couldn't stand to be away so he rode his bike to their
house! Did I mention they live in the hills at the ed of town? He had to work hard to get there!

Went for a hike at Anthony lakes! Still quite snowy. It was Hendrix's nap time so he wasn't

really a happy camper in the pack. Dad wasn't willing to call it quits though! He cradled Hex while we continued our hike, and Hendo loved every second of it.
